Keep it in the family

The red gum vessel is the most challenging project I had when I made it. Thankfully the client—my father—was patient and forgiving as I slowly worked through each new hurdle until it was finished and ready to install in his new bathroom. Now I’ll be able to see and remember the stressing, screaming, and even a little bleeding before the joy of having such a fine finished product.
